By purchasing products from Heart Menders™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, inventory handling, and fulfillment process, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Heart Menders™ does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, store credits, or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been processed, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.


No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase through Heart Menders™, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for valid and properly fulfilled orders.

In the event of a chargeback attempt for an order that was properly processed and shipped, Heart Menders™ reserves the right to:

  • Provide proof of purchase, shipment, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor
  • Dispute the chargeback claim
  • Refuse future service or purchases
  • Pursue recovery of lost fees, expenses, or damages permitted under applicable law

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Heart Menders™, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To request review of a damaged or incorrect order, email:

Your email must include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Failure to provide requested documentation within the required timeframe may result in denial of the request.

Heart Menders™ reserves the sole right to determine whether an item qualifies for replacement or other resolution.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Heart Menders™ is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.


Refused Deliveries and Returned Packages

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information are not eligible for refunds.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart Menders™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use any products purchased through our website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
